Wii Music is ace fun

Much like my friend Mark was chatting about some musicy game on the XBox, I have become quite taken with the music game on the Wii. It's fun to do a 'jam' session and stuff like that. The little maestro guy (complete with baroque wig) speaks in his own little language, which sounds a bit like Italian. He makes me giggle every time he says something :-)

I tried the listening tests and got up to level 7, but then it starts to get really really hard. Doesn't help that I had a few beers before doing it, I'm sure that alcohol must affect your ears somehow.

I have become quite fond of our Wii in general, and he who smugly reminds me that buying the Wii was his idea and I have had a few cheap nights in with our mates while playing the games on it. Ideal if you are trying to save up for your first house like we are.

I also keep in touch with my best mate over in yankland. I phone her on the lappytron using skype and chat to her while we are both playing Mariokart on the Wii. The best thing about it is that it doesn't cost a penny, huzzah!!

Think of a Wii as an investment, you will have more fun at home and will be less likely to go off to the pub and spend loads of money :P
